Yesterday we reported that 50 Cent was set to appear in court on charges of domestic violence. Now word has surfaced that Fiddy pleaded not guilty to the charges. According to court records on 23 June 50 Cent and his estranged girlfriend, Daphne Joy, got into an argument that resulted in 50 allegedly trashing her apartment as well as kicking her.

If found guilty 50 could face up to five years behind bars or be forced to pay a fine of US$46 000!
