New Footage Captures Justin Bieber's Lamborghini Drag Race

Local Miami station CBS4 has obtained home surveillance video of Justin Bieber's alleged drag race that landed the superstar in jail early Thursday morning.

In the short clip above, you see two Lamborghinis — one yellow, supposedly being driven by Justin, and one red, with Khalil allegedly behind the wheel — surrounded by black Cadillac Escalades.

Considering the race took place in a residential neighborhood, it's not surprising video has leaked.

While it is unclear if the footage shown is actually the two singers racing, it certainly was enough to draw the attention of the police as seconds later a cop car pull up behind all the commotion.

Bieber, 19, was driving the rented Lamborghini when he was pulled over at 4:09 a.m. ET. When police performed a field sobriety test, the Canadian crooner failed and was arrested for DUI. He was also charged with resisting arrest without violence and driving with an expired driver's license.

According to the police report, the arresting officer writes that he asked Justin to get out of the car after he "immediately smelled an odor of alcohol eminating [sic] from the driver's breath."

However, there is some discrepancy as to what Justin's blood alcohol level really was. On Thursday, law enforcement sources claimed Bieber blew a .04, while TMZ is claiming it was actually .014.

On Friday, CNN cited a source close to the investigation who said two breath tests police gave Bieber following his arrest indicated a blood-alcohol content below .08%. — .011% and .014%.

The legal limit for drivers in Florida is generally .08%, though .02% is the limit for drivers under the legal drinking age of 21.

Police claim that Justin admitted to drinking, using marijuana, and taking prescription pills after his arrest Thursday in Florida.

On Friday, Bieber — who is reportedly still in Miami — spoke out for the first time (if you can call it that), posting a photo on Instagram seemingly comparing himself to Michael Jackson.

Later, the teen heartthrob also tweeted the below message to his fans:
