Kanye West can make his latest alleged battery incident go away, so long as the price is right.
The 18-year-old man that West reportedly attacked for disrespecting Kim Kardashian last week is willing to take a cash settlement for "several hundred thousand dollars," according to TMZ.
Sources told the site that a lawyer for the teen contacted West's attorney to work out an agreement that would spare everyone the drama of a public trial. Both parties are said to be hashing out the financials of the deal.
The unnamed victim called Kardashian a "n----r lover" during a paparazzi storm at a Beverly Hills, Calif. chiropractor's office. While it is unclear if West assaulted the youngster inside the doctor's office or in the building's stairwell, the Chicago rapper was said to be the aggressor.
Cops arrived at the scene after the fight was broken up and West fled before speaking to authorities. Days later, Kardashian appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show, shifting focus from the brewing media storm by releasing new images of daughter North West with papa 'Ye. She also sidestepped questions on her fiancé's latest blow up. "I wish I could tell you what went on, I really do, but legally I can't talk about it," she told Degeneres.
Insiders close to the reality star claim the young man threatened her life before littering her with racial slurs and calling her a "slut." She is said to be taking legal action against him and reportedly told the teen that everything was caught on tape.
West hasn't made any public comment on the situation and jetted off to Paris recently to debut the latest looks from his collaboration with French fashion brand A.P.C. and possibly scouting wedding venues with Kardashian.
