Tina Turner Treats Fans With Love Songs Album

Music legend will release a new collection in February.

Tina Turner

Tina Turner has earned the right to make her own rules. The singer hasn't released a studio album in more than a decade, and while she is "happily retired," according to a spokesperson, fans can expect a new album titled Love Songs out next month, reports Billboard.com.
The release, dropping Feb. 4. via Parlophone Records, will include a collection of old hits like "Private Dancer," "What's Love Got to Do With It" and "I Don't Want to Fight." No new or previously unreleased music will appear on the LP.
Turner has sold a combined total of 100 million singles and albums worldwide. Her last studio album was 1999's Twenty Four Seven, followed by compilation albums All the Best (released in 2004), and Tina from 2008. She has also released a pair of live albums, Tina Live in Europe in 1998 and 2009's Tina Live.
For the last several years Turner, née Anna May Bullock, has lived in Switzerland. She relinquished her U.S. citizenship last year and married longtime boyfriend Erwin Bach in a private Swiss ceremony last summer.
