In their traditional approach to fashion and runway events, Le Reve, organisers of the widely publicised Music Meets Runway has unveiled the celebrities that will rock the stage at this year’s edition of the show.
Kokomaster D’Banj will be joining one of Africa’s greatest saxophonists, Femi Kuti as well as Afro-pop star 2face Idibia to headline the fashion show holding on 21 December at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
D’Banj, who was compere for the show alongside super model and former Miss Tanzania, Millen Magassi, last year, will join other stars and recently unveiled six great designers which include Mai Atafo, Ituen Basi, Lisa by Jewel, Lanre Da Silva Ajayi, Deola Sagoe and the Okunoren twins.  .

These iconic designers are some of the most established home-based designers who have set trends in the industry. They have also received internationally recognised awards, reputable brand partnerships and participation in fashion shows in and outside Nigeria.
Speaking on the upcoming event, Jennifer Olize, CEO of Le Reve Events said, “I have very high expectations for this year’s show. With this year’s iconic touches, concept and additions the show will come out more trendy, fierce and over the top. From the designers, music artistes, models and people in attendance, MMR 2013 will surely create a greater impact this year.”
